Return of your purchase for an exchange or credit:

We guarantee the products we sell. If an item purchased from our online store fails to meet your expectations, you can return it by mail. It will be exchanged, reimbursed, repaired, or credited.

Be carefull, all shapewear or lingerie are final sale they CAN NOT BE exchanged, reimbursed or credited.

Return or exchange of Holiday gift purchase. All Holiday Gift Purchases made after November 15th may be refunded or exchanged up to January 15th, 2017

Please keep original receipts and make sure the labels are still attached to each item. Returned items must be in their original condition or they will be sent back to you at your expense, and you will not be credited.

Within Canada:

Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Parcel Post. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post.

From outside Canada:
Ship goods prepaid, by insured ground shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write “Canadian Goods returning” on the outside of the package.

If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include a $25 payment for the return postage. Where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information about any taxes or duties that may be assessed on a return shipment.

To return your purchase for an exchange or credit:
1) Contact us by email info@levaisseaudor.com or by telephone 514.227.6404 in order to obtain an authorization number.
2) Return the merchandise only by postal/mail services.
3) It is essential that you indicate on the parcel:

  • Your return authorization number

4) All parcels returned by Fedex, UPS, DHL, Purolater, etc, will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.

Orders

We will send you an email when your order ships. It will include the delivery time as well as the tracking number provided by Canada Post. You can then track your parcel with Canada Post.

Back orders

Back ordered products are not currently in stock but should be available within three to four weeks.

When you back order a product:

  1. We email you when we ship your order, usually within three to four weeks.
  2. Your credit card is then charged for the back order (if applicable) plus shipping.

If you order in-stock products along with back ordered products:

  1. We ship products in stock to you immediately and charge your credit card for these items plus shipping (if applicable).
  2. We ship the back order within three to four weeks and notify you via email.
  3. We charge your credit card for the back order only. No additional shipping costs are charged.

To cancel a back order:
